Naw-Ruz Celebration a Wonderful Example of Unity in Diversity

The annual Naw-Ruz Celebration, marking the beginning of the new year for Baha'is and a time of spiritual renewal, was a great success this year with over 100 Baha'is and friends of the faith attending!  The diversity present at this event was astounding with a variety of age groups and cultures, all coming together to celebrate in a spirit of love and friendship. The theme was "Naw-Ruz Around the World" and everyone pitched in dishes of international food to celebrate diversity.

Ayyam-i-Ha Celebration 2015

Nearly 50 people attended this year's Ayyam-i-Ha Celebration!  Family and friends gathered to celebrate love and fellowship by playing games and eating dinner together.  Before dinner, there was a game tournament with 5 events: Dizzy Mummy, Nosy Neighbors, Cookie Face, Angry Elephant, and Skittle Skurry. Teams of 2 competed to finish the events in the fastest time. Winners for each event and overall won prizes to take home.  After dinner was a second set of hilarious games including Newpaper Clothes Designer, Paper Airplanes, and Blind-Folded Face Painting.  What a blast!
