THE 2020 FESTIVAL OF FAITHS IS GOING ONLINE!
SEPTEMBER 13, 2020 | 1:00PM - 2:30PM

STREAM THE FESTIVAL:

Every year Center for Interfaith Cooperation (CIC) organizes the Indy Festival of Faiths, the Midwest’s largest one-day celebrations of religious diversity and vitality. Over its seven years, the Festival has steadily grown in the number of organizations participating, the number of people in the audience, and the diversity of activities offered.

2020 has provided us a unique challenge. With the worldwide Corona virus pandemic we were forced to look at an alternative way to present the festival. With the theme “Celebrating FaithFully” the Center for Interfaith Cooperation will present a 90 minute online festival which will highlight the incredible diversity of faith groups throughout Central Indiana

The festival will stream on our YouTube and Facebook platforms on September 13, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM followed by an online discussion based on the theme of the festival.

The festival will have very familiar elements and many new offerings including:

Online Drumming Circle

The Procession of Faiths

Testimonials from faith leaders about how they celebrate their…
Faith
Traditions
Cultures
Community
…faithfully.

Youth Voices

Young people of different faiths in dialogue

Sacred Music Performances

Including the World Premiere of Anita Lerche’s new single, “Love is my Religion.”
